Dolia is a newly founded clothing line, designed and based in Australia created by our 19 year old designer. The designer bases the garments on inspirations around her and focuses on producing overall look-good pieces.

Dolia focuses on creating an overall vibe in the brand; it creates a feeling of messy, night out looks, creating a feel of youth and overall unique, never seen pieces.

The brand focuses on releasing items in drops with the aim to reduce waste and excess materials.

After years of work, Dolia is now yours to enjoy.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Dolia within 5 business days from when your received your order.

Refunds will only be accepted if the item is damaged. We will not approve a refund due to change of mind.

Returned items must be returned within 7 business days. Anything after this, refunds will be rejected.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unmarked. The item must be returned with the original swing tags attached to the garment as well as in original packaging.

Please note: Dolia has the right to reject a refund if the garment does not meet our refund requirements.

Once garment is returned, it will be inspected. We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed back into the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be put into your account.

*Please note: refunds will not be accepted on sale items or items purchased with a discount.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the allowed 2 weeks:

- First check your bank account again

- Contact your credit card company
